Refund and Return Policy
The rules are the conditions under which refunds are made to the site https://robuxkey.com. Placing and paying for an order through https://robuxkey.com confirms your agreement that these rules apply to this purchase.
- Definition of terms
1.1. “Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User)” is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.2. “Paid service” – Design resource and software functions, access to which requires payment from the User.
1.3. “Site Administration” – authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the store.
1.4. “Subscription Plan” – the ability to use services for a certain amount of time with automatic debiting of funds from the user’s card.
- Refund conditions
2.1. Money can be returned to the User if the service was not provided.
2.1.1. User must be over 18 years of age to be able to pay for services.
2.1.2. If User mistakenly/repeatedly paid for our services or paid for them in a larger amount than required, please send the email to [email protected].
2.1.3. Refunds are made in the same way the purchase was made.
2.1.4. After reviewing the application for a refund from the User, the Site administration, if the decision is positive, returns the funds to the User within 30 days.
2.1.5. Shipping costs and bank commissions shall be paid by the User.
2.1.6. Exchanges for the similar service in a different subscription plan will not incur any additional charges.
