Terms of Use

This agreement is concluded between the Site Administrarion and the User who has accepted the terms of this agreement on the website on the Internet at the address: robuxkey.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site). Payment for services by the User is considered as full and unconditional acceptance terms of this Agreement. This Agreement does not require bilateral signing and truly electronic.

The Site Administration reserves the right to change or terminate the Agreement and terms of use, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part with notice or without it at any time. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible liability to it or any third party for any change, suspension or termination of service. Please also read the Privacy Policy and processing of personal data of Users, in which describes in detail how the Site Administration securely processes personal information User. The Site Owner reserves the right to change the Agreement, therefore User should check these terms periodically for changes.

Before using any service read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions. The User can create an account only after reading and accepting this Agreement. If the User does not agree with all the conditions set forth in this document, User should refrain from using products and services of the Site Administration.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Site Administration provides the User with services to provide access to services of the Site, with the obligatory condition for the provision by the Site Administration of services in accordance with this Agreement is the acceptance, compliance by the User and application to the relations of the Parties of the requirements and provisions defined herein Agreement.

1.2. The Site Administration  reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and all its integral parts without the consent of the User with notification the latter by posting on the Site a new version of the Agreement or any its integral part that has undergone changes.

2. Rights and obligations of the Site Administration

2.1. Provide the User with the services specified in clause 1.1 of this Agreement. Access to the Site is provided by assigning Account Information to the User in within 1 (one) working day from the date of registration of the latter at the address https://robuxkey.com/.

2.2. Do not disclose User Account Information to third parties.

2.3. Ensure round-the-clock availability of the server on which the Site is located, excluding the time of maintenance work.

3. The Site Administration has the right:

3.1. If the User violates the terms of the Agreement, send the User warning containing a list of violations. If the User does not eliminate violations within one day from the date of notification to him or again violates these conditions or other conditions, the Site Administration has the right to unilaterally order to refuse to execute the Agreement, block User`s access to User Profile and cancel the User Profile.

3.2. Manage statistical information related to the operation of Site.

3.3. Send information to the User by email about the development of the Site and its services; send SMS messages to inform about activation codes, conducting surveys about the quality of the Site, providing and requesting other information, and also advertise your own activities and services.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

4.1. Read the terms of this Agreement in full before registration on the Site.

4.2. Comply with all terms of this Agreement.

4.3. Do not transfer your Account Information to third parties.

4.4. Do not post information and objects (including links to them) in your Profile, which may violate the rights and interests of others.

4.5. Do not use the software or perform actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Site and its services or personal pages of Users.

5. The user is prohibited from:

5.1.Access any services other than through interface provided by the Site Administrarion, unless such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with a separate agreement with Administrartion of the Site.

5.2. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade operations and resell the services for any purpose, unless such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement with the Site Owner.

6. The user has the right:

6.1. Get access to the server on which the Site is located around the clock, for with the exception of the time of preventive maintenance.

6.2. Change the password independently without notifying the Site Administration.

6.3. Independently edit information previously posted about User on the Site.

6.4. Contact support to block User Profile.

6.5. Expresses its unconditional agreement with all the terms and conditions of this Agreements and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Site.

7. User registration

7.1. In order to use the services of the Service provided by the Site Administration by this Agreement, the User must register an account on Site and provide information including email address and password. Registration User participation on the Site is free and voluntary.

7.2. Upon completion of the registration process, the User becomes the owner User’s account information, which means that he is responsible for security of the Account Information, as well as for everything that will be done on the Site under the Account User information.

7.3. Unless proven otherwise by the User, any actions performed with using his login and password are considered to be completed accordingly by the User.

7.4. The Site Administration has the right to temporarily or permanently block an account User, if the Site Administration has reason to believe that Users are violating this Agreement, any rights of third parties or any applicable laws.

8. Invoicing

8.1. The Site Administration independently determines the cost of the Services and publishes it on Site.

8.2. User must be over 18 years of age to be able to pay for services.

8.3. The basis for issuing an invoice to the User and debiting funds from User accounts are data about the selected Services or Subscription Plan. 

8.4. Payment for the Services or Subscription Plan  is made by bank transfer.

8.5. The Site Administration is not responsible for any errors in the invoice that arise in as a result of the User entering incorrect information. In the event of such errors The User must contact the Site Administration as soon as possible.

9. Other conditions

9.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance of this offer by the User and is concluded for an indefinite period.

9.2. The provisions of this Agreement are established, modified and repealed the Site Administration  of the Site unilaterally without prior notice.

9.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, then he must immediately delete your Profile from the Site, otherwise continue to use by using the Site means that the User agrees to the terms of the Agreement.
